We started Dump Bucket Vinegar because we were tired of wasting the dregs of really great wines.

You know what we mean – that last bit that you forgot to pour, or the bottle that was a little “over the hill”, or the one you left out open overnight by accident.

These great wines still have so much to give! Turn them in to the most amazing vinegars you have ever tasted with our mothers and give those special bottles a second chance!

Making Vinegar is Easy!

Our mothers are raised on fine wines gathered from a plethora of abandoned bottles. We carefully source the finest half-finished bottles, from over-the-hill wines, to “not my jam” wines, to those “smells like horse poop, but in a good way” bottles. Everything that goes in the dump bucket is fair game.

Remember, dump bucket and spittoon are different! Keep it backwash free people!

Just prep the wine in a clean jar, add our mother, then wait 4-8 weeks and your vinegar is ready!
